ALS300F Heavy Duty Crawler Bulldozer Completed Workshop Assembly, Ready for Shipment to Open-Pit Mine Project in Ghana, Africa
Good news! The Anlanees ALS300F high-horsepower heavy-duty crawler bulldozer has successfully finished complete machine assembly, system commissioning and full factory quality inspection in our heavy machinery workshop. It is fully prepared for shipment and will be delivered to our customer for an open-pit mining project in Ghana, West Africa after ocean transportation.
Inside our standardized manufacturing workshop, all assembly procedures of this bulldozer have been finished. Our experienced technical team has carried out comprehensive factory acceptance tests, including load testing of the power unit, commissioning for hydraulic dozing and ripper circuits, re-inspection of travel transmission mechanisms, verification of cabin safety and control systems, and special validation of cooling and dust-proof systems. Every performance parameter, welding seam and pipeline joint is strictly checked according to export machinery standards, to guarantee stable heavy-duty operation after the machine arrives at the overseas job site. After passing inspection, the machine is cleaned and well protected, then carefully loaded onto the flatbed truck for transport to the seaport.
The ALS300F heavy bulldozer is a flagship model specially designed for rigorous mining conditions. It is equipped with a high-power engine with abundant power reserve. The reinforced, wear-resistant wide track undercarriage delivers strong load capacity and excellent traction, suitable for soft ore layers and hard rocky ground. Fitted with a single-shank ripper, it can break hard soil and weathered rock efficiently. Matched with the dozer blade, it handles core mining tasks such as overburden stripping, earth & rock moving, waste dump grading, haul road construction and site clearance. The sealed shock-absorbing operator cabin comes with dust-proof air conditioning, specially optimized for the tough field conditions in Africa: intense heat, strong sand dust and rough terrain. The upgraded heavy-duty cooling system prevents overheating shutdown during long continuous shifts, perfectly meeting the non-stop production schedule of Ghana mining sites.
