Every brand-new SD32 crawler bulldozer will be sent to our test yard and go through a complete and rigorous pre-shipment dynamic inspection after assembly, before packing and delivery to overseas customers.
Equipped with Cummins NTA855-C360S10 diesel engine rated at 345HP, this heavy-duty dozer owns abundant power reserve, perfectly suitable for heavy-load works including mining, land reclamation, dam construction, site grading and road construction. Following standardized inspection procedures, our experienced technical team carries out comprehensive dynamic tests on the whole machine at the test site. The test sequence covers cold engine start-up, idle stability and power response, straight travelling, steering and climbing performance, as well as the lifting and tilting movement of the main dozer blade and linkage operation of the ripper. Multiple rounds of no-load and simulated loaded running tests are conducted.
During the test run, our engineers continuously check the shifting smoothness of the transmission system, responsiveness of the hydraulic system and shock absorption performance of the whole machine. They carefully check for abnormal noise and record all operating data, capture photos and record the full test video. This dozer adopts wet multi-disc steering clutches and hydraulic linked steering brakes, fitted with heavy-duty wear-resistant track shoes with optimized ground pressure for good mobility on soft soil, muddy and rough terrain. Optional attachments are available, including straight-tilt blade, angle blade, semi-U blade, single-shank ripper and 3-shank ripper. One machine can handle dozing, grading, loosening and stripping tasks. All these tests are designed to eliminate potential faults in advance, so the machine can start heavy-duty work steadily once it arrives at your site after long sea transportation.
