Bulldozer Machine

Bulldozer Machine

Bulldozer is a heavy-duty earthmoving machine for large construction, mining, and land development projects. This machine offers the ultimate in pushing power and grading precision in the toughest working conditions with its iconic blade and rugged tracks. Designed to efficiently accomplish huge earthmoving tasks, it’s the machine-of-choice when it comes to site preparation, roadwork, quarry work and large infrastructure development (anywhere around the globe). It has a powerful design but the more intelligent engineering to squeeze all productivity while reduce operating cost of you. Boasting cutting-edge hydraulic technology, intuitive operator controls, and rugged construction components, it is designed to handle the most grueling and punishing applications while ensuring reliability under extreme conditions from searing deserts to arctic tundra.

Unmatched Pushing Power

Massive blades cutter by strong high-torque diesel engines coupled with appropriate drive units produce exceptional push (50 t in drawbar pull in bigger bulldozers), massive construction forces what can move large volumes of material. The tread design is optimized for maximum ground contact and delivers excellent traction on slope as well as in adverse terrain conditions.

Precision Grading Capability

By using advanced hydraulic controls, the blade can be positioned in millimeter-accurate alignment for precise grading jobs. Automating grade control with optional GPS and laser guidance systems streamlines jobsites that are completed to specifications with little rework. The stable track design provides smooth finishes even with large quantities of material being moved.

Operator Comfort & Safety

The open, sound-dampened cab has ergonomic controls, air suspension seating and 360° visibility. You work in hazardous environments, so its ROPS/FOPS certified structure, automated blade stabilization, and the latest monitoring systems ensure safe operation. Climate control and vibration damping ensure comfortable working conditions during long shifts.

Bulldozer Machine

Built to take on the toughest projects, our Bulldozer is the peak of earthmoving technology. Designed and manufactured from the ground up, the heavy duty welded steel frame and a reinforced undercarriage deliver incredible durability, capable of supporting engines in the 200-600+ horsepower range. Straight, semi-U, and coal/U blade configurations are available to accommodate material handling needs in various applications.

An intelligent power management system enables the machine's engine output to adapt to working conditions as required, maximizing both performance and fuel efficiency. The undercarriage was a cynical upgrade with fully sealed and lubricated track chains, heavy-duty rollers, and automatic tensioning systems that give it longer-lasting components while saving on maintenance.

For precision earthmoving, the Bulldozer provides integrated grade control technology with optional GPS, laser or sonic systems. Smart features such as terrain mapping, cut/fill indicators, and automated blade functions that can maintain precise grades while decreasing operator workload. These systems increase accuracy drastically on large-scale projects.

Intuitive joystick controls, multi-function touchscreen displays and automated systems that reduce operator fatigue set new industry benchmarks for the operator environment. Higher-end models feature integrated telematics, allowing real-time performance monitoring, remote diagnostics and fleet management capabilities for better operational efficiency.

What's the difference between standard and low-ground-pressure (LGP) models?

LGP versions feature wider tracks that reduce ground pressure to as low as 3.5 psi (vs 5-7 psi standard), making them ideal for soft terrain while maintaining pushing power.
Daily track cleaning is recommended, with lubrication every 50 hours. Major undercarriage components typically last 3,000-5,000 hours depending on operating conditions.
While the blade can move loose rock, for solid bedrock the heavy-duty ripper attachment increases productivity by 300-400% in such conditions.
