Consistent Density Control

In addition to having adjustable amplitude and frequency for the vibrating roller’s operation, this roller has a heavy-duty hydro-mechanical driveline with the option of utilizing a water spray to keep dust at bay. The cab is ergonomically designed and is equipped with instrumentation, allowing for easy service access and additional safety measures to provide maximum comfort, production, and long-term durability on compacted subgrades.

Meeting the needs of clay, silt, sand, and gravel subgrades, this roller provides a dependable level of compaction throughout the range of moisture contents. With adjustable vibration settings based on the characteristics of the soil being compacted on, it minimizes the potential for over-compaction and also provides stability for the nextlayer(s) to be placed on the compacted surface.
