Farm Bulldozer

Farm Bulldozer

The farm bulldozer is an agricultural earthmover designed for heavy duty land clearing, leveling and soil preparation use on farms, rural and remote properties. With its sturdy design and on-the-farm features, this versatile equipment does its job well for vegetation control, pond construction, drainage work, and field preparation, all with remarkable strength and precision. Our Farm Bulldozer, in contrast to industrial dozers, is designed specifically for agricultural uses, with features that protect soil integrity, while providing the muscle to get through tough farming operations. Designed for the distinct challenges of farm work, this bulldozer balances the power and maneuverability needed in agricultural settings. With its unique undercarriage design and various blade arrangements, the Kverneland offers a low impact on the environment but a high impact on productivity, making it an essential implement for any farmer looking to get the most from their ground.

Advantages of Farm Bulldozer

Agricultural-Optimized Design

The farm bulldozer features wider tracks and lower ground pressure (as low as 4 psi) to prevent soil compaction and protect valuable farmland. The specialized undercarriage clears mud effectively while protecting crops and topsoil, unlike conventional construction dozers that can damage agricultural land.

Versatile Implements

Fitted with a multi-angle tilt blade and optional attachments including rippers and rakes and winches, this dozer takes care from light brush clearing to heavy earthmoving. The quick-attach system enables farmers to quickly switch implements for different seasonal jobs.

Farmer-Friendly Operation

The Farm Bulldozer's simplified controls, excellent visibility, and vibration-damped seating reduces operator fatigue as they work long days. Like other eco-mode engines, power is automatically regulated according to task, which enables fuel savings during these infrequent lighter-duty operations but full power when required.

Farm Bulldozer

Our farm bulldozer is purpose-designed for agricultural use, offering a lightweight but heavyweight frame that achieves the equilibrium needed for power and soil preservation. In offering a potent diesel engine, with plenty of torque for challenging applications, the Series 15 meets all emissions legislation, whilst fuel-saving measures have been factored in to minimise operating costs. The optimized track system can generate very good grip even in muddy conditions and it reduces damage to fields and pastures.

Its advanced hydraulic system provides precise control of the dozer's blade for grading and leveling, and several blade configurations are available for various farm applications. Semi-U blade designs are excellent at moving looser material, while straight blades are better for precision grading. Ripper attachments, if optional, break up hardpan soil for better drainage and root penetration.

An air-ride seat, climate-controlled cab and farmer-friendly controls (as opposed to professional operator) highlight operator comfort. It features a clear view of 360° and a larger cab for safe operation around farm structures and livestock. Safety features are ROPS certification, LED work lights, and an automatic blade stabilization system.

For contemporary farm management, optional precision agriculture technology such as laser grading systems and GPS guidance for precise field levelizing is available with the bulldozer. These advanced options assist in building optimal planting zones and water management systems while tracking effort progress for farm records or compliance documentation.

Farm Bulldozer

How does this differ from a construction bulldozer?

Our Farm Bulldozer has wider tracks for lower ground pressure, agricultural-optimized blades, and features that protect topsoil, unlike heavier construction models that can compact and damage fields.
With the optional heavy-duty ripper attachment, yes. However, for major land clearing of dense forest, an industrial dozer may be more suitable.
Daily cleaning is recommended, with lubrication every 50 hours. The agricultural undercarriage design requires less maintenance than traditional dozers.
Yes, we provide comprehensive farm-specific operator training covering basic operation, soil conservation techniques, and attachment use.
