Track Loader

Track Loader

The track loader is a high-performance compact construction machine designed with superior traction and minimal ground disturbance through challenging terrain. Combining the strength of a conventional loader with the stability of a track system, the device excels in construction, landscaping and agricultural applications that are difficult to achieve with conventional wheeled machines. Its innovative landing gear design provides superior flotation and grip on soft, uneven or tilted surfaces, while maintaining impressive lifting capacity and maneuverability. Our track loaders feature powerful frames, advanced hydraulic systems and industry-leading handling comfort. With its wide range of compatible accessories and low ground pressures (as low as 3.5 psi), this machine provides contractors with an all-season, all-terrain solution to meet demanding work site conditions, from muddy construction sites to snowy landscapes.

Advantages of Track Loader

Unrivaled Traction & Stability

A full-length rubber track system evenly distributes the weight across the entire contact area, providing 30 percent more traction than wheeled loaders on soft or slippery surfaces. For confident operation up to 30 degrees on slopes, which prevents sinking into mud, sand or snow, and minimal ground disturbance to finished surfaces.

Exceptional Attachment Versatility

Equipped with high-flow auxiliary hydraulics (up to 25 GPM), the Track Loader powers over 50 specialized attachments - from buckets and grapples to snow blowers and mulchers. The universal quick-attach system enables tool changes in under 60 seconds, transforming the machine's functionality without downtime between different job requirements.

Operator Comfort & Precision Control

The pressurized, climate-controlled cab features suspension seating, intuitive joystick controls, and 270° visibility. Advanced features like load-sensing hydraulics, automatic track tension monitoring, and rear-view cameras reduce operator fatigue while enhancing precision and safety during extended operation periods in challenging environments.

Track Loader

Engineered for industrial-grade performance with versatility, our Track Loader is powered by a turbo-diesel engine (74-100 HP) that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards, and is packed into a compact chassis. The balanced counterweight design adds stability when working with a full load, and heavy-duty undercarriage design using strengthened steel frame modules with durable rubber tracks with large tread patterns extending service life. Excellent stability on side slopes is obtained due to balanced weight distribution on the machine.

With system pressures of over 3,500 psi, the advanced hydraulic system provides responsive control for demanding attachments. Protected hydraulic lines and centralized grease points provide for easy servicing, and the automatic monitor of track tension ensures no premature wear. The operator environment raises the bar with 75 dB quiet cabs, multi-function LCD displays, and optional advanced packages such as heated seats and LED lighting packages for low-visibility situations.

Integrated telematics for the location, fuel use and maintenance alerts of the Track Loader provide a remote monitoring system for managing of the job site in real time. Laser-guided precision with optional Grade Control systems for grading applications, and payload monitoring for optimal load management. With the leaven of its smart technology integration, the machine helps contractors work at peak efficiency and assures compliance with project specifications.

How does ground pressure compare to wheeled loaders?

At 3.5-4.5 psi, our tracks exert less pressure than a human footprint (8-10 psi), compared to 15-25 psi for wheeled loaders - crucial for soft terrain preservation.
Daily track cleaning inspections with tension checks every 50 hours. Automatic lubrication systems reduce manual greasing needs, and track rotation is recommended every 500 hours.
Yes, with non-marking track options and proper operation techniques, it can work on delicate surfaces without damage (unlike steel-track machines).
Under normal conditions, our dual-durometer rubber tracks last 1,800-2,500 hours - about 30% longer than standard tracks due to reinforced construction.
