SHANBO SH380-8 Excavator Handover in Ecuador, Site Commissioning & Genuine Customer Feedback
SHANBO Construction Machinery (Shandong) Co., Ltd. has successfully delivered one unit of SHANBO SH380-8 heavy-duty crawler excavator to our valuable partner in Ecuador. This 37-ton excavator, powered by Cummins 6LTA8.9 engine, passed strict factory inspection in Jinin before shipment. After long ocean transportation and customs clearance, the machine arrived safely at the client’s site, where our local partner arranged unloading, overnight commissioning and operator training immediately.
Photos and test-running video shared by the customer recorded the whole handover process. Local partners were present to witness the arrival of the brand-new excavator. Our technician finished machine positioning, inspection of fuel circuit and hydraulic system, and full function test including travelling, slewing and digging at night. Equipped with a large-capacity bucket and powerful digging force, the SH380-8 features smooth hydraulic control. It is well built to adapt to Ecuador’s tropical rainy climate, widely suitable for mining, earthmoving, road construction and site leveling projects.
Ecuador, located in South America, features complex mountainous terrain and muddy ground. Many construction sites work day and night with limited access roads, which puts forward strict requirements on machine reliability, gradeability and night working performance. The SH380-8 provides drawbar pull of 280KN and 70% (35°) gradeability, together with bright working lamps for night shift operation. We support a warranty of 1 year or 2000 working hours, plus localized after-sales support to guarantee spare parts supply and maintenance service for our Ecuadorian customer.
The customer gave positive feedback after the test run. He was satisfied with the stable performance and comfortable control experience, and highly appreciated SHANBO’s product quality and on-time delivery. This marks another successful project of SHANBO machinery in Ecuador, South America.
