Overview
WR400-RC crawler reverse circulation drilling rig weighs 11 tons, equipped with 92kW Yuchai diesel engine, max drilling depth 400m and hole diameter 105–305mm. It supports both DTH pneumatic hammer drilling and mud reverse circulation drilling. Dual rotary torque 8000/4000N·m provides penetration efficiency of 10–35m/h. Fitted with 1.6m-stroke hydraulic outriggers and steel crawler chassis with 21° gradeability, it realizes multi-angle drilling at 45° inclined & 90° vertical. Compatible with unconsolidated stratum and bedrock, matched with 89/102mm reverse circulation drill pipes and 1.5-ton auxiliary winch. Overall dimension 7×1.85×2.86m for easy transportation, widely used for deep domestic water wells, farm irrigation wells, geological exploration and foundation pile drilling projects.
Description
Stable 92kW Yuchai Power Assembly
Yuchai 4-cylinder diesel engine with 92kW high power output for continuous 400m deep hole drilling. Wide working air pressure range 1.2–3.5MPa, air consumption 16–55m³/min, compatible with all medium & high air pressure compressors.
Dual-Gear High Torque Rotary System
Dual rotary torque 4000/8000N·m, rotary speed 75–150r/min, switch freely for soft soil and hard bedrock. Top-drive hydraulic rotary feeding structure delivers direct power transmission, fast penetration in rock and loose formation.
400m Deep Hole Multi-Diameter Drilling
Max drilling depth 400m, hole diameter 105–305mm, fit deep water wells and large-diameter dewatering wells. Standard 3m long drill pipe, matched with Φ89/Φ102mm reverse circulation drill pipes, reduce pipe adding times and boost efficiency.
Dual Drilling Technology For Wide Stratum
One machine supports DTH pneumatic hammer drilling and mud reverse circulation drilling. Mud RC drilling for loose sand stratum, DTH hammer breaking for rock layers, suitable for all soft & hard ground.
Powerful Lifting & Auxiliary Winch
22-ton main lifting force, 20m/min fast lifting & 32m/min fast feeding speed, save time on tripping pipe. 1.5-ton hydraulic winch assists drill pipe hoisting, single operator can finish pipe handling work.
Multi-Angle Adjustable Drilling Frame
Drill mast supports 90° vertical deep well & 45° inclined slope exploration drilling. 1.6m long-stroke hydraulic outriggers level machine on rugged mountain ground, guarantee accurate drilling verticality.
Wear-resistant steel crawler chassis, traveling speed 2.5km/h, max 21° gradeability, stable on gravel and muddy mountain roads. Compact overall size 7×1.85×2.86m, low logistics cost for flatbed truck transfer.
