Medium Crawler Excavator | Production Completed, Full Quality Inspection Passed, Ready for Shipment to Chile

Another medium crawler excavator has successfully completed the entire manufacturing process and final factory inspection. It is now officially loaded for shipment to Chile, where it will be delivered to a long-trusted overseas construction customer.

Reliable construction machinery is built through strict control over every production step. Inside the standardized workshop, all operations follow strict manufacturing specifications, including steel plate cutting, structural welding, stress relief treatment, hydraulic piping pre-assembly, powertrain matching and final assembly. During production, technicians carry out dimension verification, weld inspection and component tightness checks, preventing common problems such as structural leakage and assembly deviation at the source. After the excavator is fully assembled, the quality inspection department conducts a complete factory test procedure, including idle motion cycle testing, heavy-load digging performance testing, travel and swing reliability testing, hydraulic pressure calibration, engine condition checking, electrical system verification and safety protection inspection. Hundreds of items covering the power system, hydraulic system, undercarriage, cabin and working equipment must meet the required standards before the machine is released for loading and shipment.

The 24-ton medium excavator delivered in this order is a key model developed for overseas markets. It combines strong digging performance with good fuel efficiency, and is suitable for a wide range of engineering applications such as earthmoving, foundation excavation, quarry overburden removal, river dredging and road construction. Considering the typical working conditions in Chile, including mountainous terrain, gravel roads and muddy sites during the rainy season, this unit has been specially upgraded with practical configurations: a thickened wear-resistant rock bucket, cabin protective guard, spiral protective sleeves for hydraulic hoses, and a reinforced heavy-duty undercarriage. Track shoes, rollers and drive sprockets are made of wear-resistant materials to improve stability during long-hour continuous operation, increase work efficiency and reduce maintenance costs for customers.

Before placing the order, the Chilean customer conducted extensive market research and compared multiple brands. The customer also communicated many times with the technical team about site requirements, configuration solutions, delivery lead time and overseas after-sales support. After learning about production capacity, quality control procedures and spare parts supply capability, the customer expressed recognition for the standardized workshop, complete testing system and transparent delivery process, and finally confirmed the purchase. The excavator has now been securely fixed on the flatbed truck and will soon be transported to the port for container loading and overseas shipment.
