This heavy crawler dozer has an operating weight of 54000kg, equipped with Cummins KTA19-C525 water-cooled turbocharged engine of 340kW rated power. It features a 16m³ single blade capacity, 4314mm wide straight-tilt blade with max cutting depth of 700mm. Max gradeability reaches 30°, adopting spiral bevel gear central drive, wet multi-plate steering clutch & brake with hydraulic linkage control. 610mm wide sealed lubricating crawler delivers ground pressure of only 0.123MPa, matched with ripper hydraulic cylinders. Powerful Cummins KTA19-C525 Engine
Water-cooled inline four-stroke turbo intercooled diesel engine, 18.9L swept volume, 340kW rated power at 2000rpm. Max torque 1900N·m at 1400rpm, sufficient low-speed torque for stable mine heavy dozing; fuel consumption ≤204g/kW·h for energy saving. 715L large fuel tank supports all-day non-stop earthmoving operation.
Large Capacity Dozer Blade & Strong Cutting Performance
Standard 16m³ large capacity straight-tilt blade, 4314mm width & 1841mm height, hold more soil per pass to boost leveling efficiency. Max cutting depth 700mm, max blade tilt angle 1000mm, powerful stripping on steep slopes and hard soil. Dual lift cylinders + single tilt cylinder hydraulic system realize fast & stable blade movement.
Matched Hydraulic Scarifier For Soil & Rock Breaking
Dual cylinders control scarifier lifting, another dual cylinders adjust tooth angle, break hard soil, weathered rock and agglomerated tailings. Φ190 large bore cylinders provide strong hydraulic thrust, integrate dozing & scarifying to save extra breaking equipment cost.
Single-stage three-element hydraulic torque converter + planetary power shift gearbox, 3 forward & 3 reverse gears for flexible speed switching. Spiral bevel gear central drive with splash lubrication, strong load capacity and low failure rate. Wet multi-plate spring steering clutch, hydraulic separation brake and hydraulic linkage control for smooth & precise steering.
Wide Sealed Lubricating Crawler Chassis
610mm wide track shoes, 41pcs sealed lubricating tracks per side, wear & impact resistant for long service life on stony mine roads. 2 carrier rollers, 4 bilateral +3 unilateral supporting rollers each side with K-type elastic suspension to absorb vibration during heavy work. Ground pressure only 0.123MPa, avoid sinking on soft tailings and mud with outstanding trafficability. 2260mm track center distance delivers balanced chassis support, stable anti-slip dozing on 30° steep slopes.
High Pressure Large Flow Hydraulic System
Max working pressure 21MPa, combined working pump & PPC duplex pump, flow rate reaches 284L/min at 2000rpm engine speed. Independent multi-circuit hydraulics for blade lifting, tilting and scarifier, smooth synchronized compound movements without delay.
