Overview
This 9.2-ton heavy-duty crawler water well drilling rig is equipped with a 92kW Yuchai diesel engine, supporting a maximum drilling depth of 400 meters and hole diameter range from 140mm to 325mm, ideal for medium and deep water well drilling projects. It delivers 24 tons of main lifting force and 6500–9000 N·m rotary torque, with a one-time advance length of 6.6 meters and penetration efficiency of 15–35 meters per hour. It supports Φ89 and Φ102 drill pipes with optional lengths from 1.5m to 6.0m. Fitted with four hydraulic support legs with 1.4m stroke and rubber crawler chassis with 30° max gradeability, the machine can be leveled steadily on rugged outdoor terrain. It works under 1.7–3.4MPa air pressure with air consumption of 17–36 m³/min, matched with a 2-ton auxiliary winch. Overall dimension is 6000×2000×2550mm, loading width only 2.7 meters for easy transportation. Widely applied for deep farm irrigation wells, large village domestic water wells, deep construction dewatering wells and shallow geothermal exploration medium & large drilling projects.

35cm Wide Wear-Resistant Steel Crawler
35cm wide steel track shoes with strong load capacity and anti-wear & anti-impact performance. Fit complex rugged sites including mountain, gravel and mud land, stable load bearing without deformation, more suitable for long-term heavy rock drilling than rubber tracks.
